That's up to you. I wouldn't really go with the hassle of custom fabrication. And since you said Bluebird, I'm assuming your pulling one from a S13? The 200sx SR20s and K-Series spins clockwise as opposed to the G20 SR20s and D, B, H, F-Series spinning counter clockwise. But K-Series with less hassle.

I highly doubt that it would be the cheaper alternative.. from about 10 mins of google the most of found is people saying they seen someone had one at a carshow, and a v8 crx o.o .. but couldnt find any write-ups of someone actually doing it or pictures of one in a civic. most likely would be a massive pain in the sack.

im def curious to see this but it really seems like it would be such a headache, when you can get a K and have lots of info to work with instead of guessing and fabbing

Sounds hard. Make a build thread if you do it.

If you are thinking about non-honda, how about the 4g63? Probably cheaper, more aftermarket support, USDM, and can hold a butt load of power.

I suggest selling The honda and picking up a Sentra SER. They come factory with the SR20DE. So a bluebird SR20DET or even GTIR SR20DET Will bolt right up. Or if you want N/A power you can get the SR20VE. That has neo vvl witch is nissans version of vtec, as a matter of fact its an exact copy. With n1 cams headers and tune you will be around the 200hp mark. plan on being quicker than gsrs itrs and whatever else you can think of.

Or go for the K series which would be way more expensive.
