Default A nice and Clean Intake

Hi Ya'll

I was looking around to see if i can find a nice and clean intake for my 96EK DX. I am going for that nice and clean looks that you can get with a Comptech IceBox. So heres my question,

if I get a generic short ram, can I buy something to cover it so that the filter is not all showing. If so what is it called, and where can I get it?

Does anyone know how to make the Comptech ICEBOX work with 96EK DX. Any ideas would be helpful

Also does anyone know if the J's Racing intake would work with the DX engine? (remember, Throttle is pointing upware not side way like HX and EX)

Performance not a big deal for me since this is all intake work about the same anyways. The only reason I am doing this is because what ever setup i choose it would be for free! So i am just looking at my options right now.

Thanks for any ideas or suggestion you may have.

Affixxx

Default Re: A nice and Clean Intake (Greasemonkey)

i would get a y8 intake manifold. Then swap on an intake that connects to the side mounted tb.
