NEX full coilover system? good or bad?

Default NEX full coilover system? good or bad?

i know tein is good but i was wondering about nex?

anybody have any experience with them or know something about them?

my friend has them in his EK. they're pretty stiff for a full coilover system.

I had the NEX system on my car for about a year. Not bad for the money. They are a great entry level set-up.

thanx for the info

this is what i want

the coilovers woudl be going on a 90 accord and its just gonna be a comfy crusier nothing crazy....i want it to ride like a BMW and i dont want to buy one set of coilovers then buy tein later on .....nobody has an actually site with specs for these? im worried about that

i had a set on my '99 si... i got them used adn drove them for less than a year before they blew... they were at that time about 2-2.5 yrs old.. when i took them apart to see what was going on i found that the front spring rate was 12kg and the rear was 6kg (quite a gap!!)... the bump stop is soft rubber (tore in half in my case)... did last quite well through a canadian winter or two (no rust... but i sprayed them quite regularly with wd40)...

... that said they were great while they worked... they cannot be rebuilt.

damn thats the worst i ever heard about NEX.... i was gonna get some too...did u get them second hand?

i did not see any specs there

im not much for lowered cars just lil lower than stock and ride like a BMW

how compareable would these be to tein basic?
