Default newbie with a question

hi! I own a 98 civic and I was hoping I can spray paint my center dash. How do I remove the cover piece? Do I just yank it out with a screwdriver or something?

It has a removal-resistant "anti-rice" feature built in.

There are a lot of ******** on here. Who cares what he does? Too many ******* HT members are hypocritical. Always bitching about people making their own decisions, but when it's something you don't like you flame. Maybe he's not into madd TyTe JDM y0, consider most Honda owners are blind to the fact that JDM is just expensive rice. It's just as played out as all the other **** from previous years <gasp> open your eyes, I know it's impossible to admit for some. OEM is nice, like getting an OEM lip or OEM 99-00 tails on a 96-98; spending $400 on genuine CTR headlights is just ******* ridiculous, period.

Yea I was kinda thinking that.
My sis has a 99 civic (as well as I do)
She has a beige interior and I have a grey.
I steal a lot of her buttons and stuff lol.
I have to go ahead and paint em.
