newbie question... =\
u guys gotta bare with me here, im kinda new... but since my 95 cx didn't come with a tach in the dash i was planning on buying one seperate. im not wanting a new console or anything,(in the future maybe) but i just want a 3.5 or 5 inch tach. and i was wondering if it could be wired to my car, and if so, what brand of tachometer would u suggest..
Thanx in advance.

for the price you'd pay on a tech you might be able to buy a si/ex cluster. if you want just a tach then autometer is the way to go.

Re: newbie question... =\ (deepnite)
You should just do the EX/SI like broke1 said unless you can overrev the stock cluster. Then go the big a ss tach route.

Get the si/ex cluster unless you like holes in your car. But somepeople like big *** tach's sitting on top of their dash, and holes, and wires, painted vents... It's up to you man. I suggest the new cluster, check my sig.

Re: newbie question... =\ (Plan B)
I agree w/ Plan B on this one. Get the gauge cluster from a 92-95 Civic EX/Si. Easy plug in and go install. The you don't have the weight of the 5" tach hanging from your pillar. Plus the gauge cluster should only run around $100-$125. Foind mine for $80.
