Default Newbie Like a ****....

I need some help....I have a 92 VX Civic Hatch....I'm looking for some stuff and don't know so I need some help...

I want rear seats with a plastic tray in between and head rests...is this possible?? Like teg rear lowe seats with a CRv rear upper seats?? WHat year do I need them from????

I need coilovers to replace my sprint drop springs...What brand is good?? Teg coils have a better rate right?? SO I need what year teg coils and struts?? What struts are good???

I have a good deal on a 99/00 Si front lip and side skirts all painted black...what will I need to do to put them on my EG???

Thanks for the help....sorry for all the questions...

first of all the ground control coil overs are good cause you can specify the spring rate you want, they also use eibach springs on them, some koni, kyb, tokico, any of these hocks should be good but i would get adjustable,

i think that you are talking about the 92-95 civic 4 door jdm rear seats, thats seems like what you are describing, if you put crv seats in there you would have to relocate your seat mounts and you probley would have to cut the seats and get them re-upholstered....and for the front lip you might have to cut it and drill some holes cause it is wider that your bumper..... hope this helps

If you have a Civic then you need Civic coilovers. Not Integra ones. I reccommend Ground Control with Tokico shocks. $587 shipped from Ground Control

Search the appearance forum section that topic was covered a few times and I know someone posted a decent how-to on the sideskirt swap. It requires some trimming and re-drilling on mounting holes. Not too difficult.
The front lip does fit with some similar trimming and amounting with screws to make it fit on the 92-95 front bumper cover. Try tornactive, they may still have some of the Si style front and rear lips that are made to fit the 92-95 Civics.

The seats could also be sourched from a 94+ Integra LS, GSR, ITR, etc. Although I'm not sure those will have the headrest you are envisioning? Some creative thinking will help minimize the gap between the lower cushions and the back cushions.

If you want to run ciolover sleeves, I would go with nothing but Ground Controls. Koni adjustable struts would be the best pairing IMO but I have had good luck with the KYB AGX struts as well.

Thanks bro...

I don't know...I saw some golf gti seats today with similar head rests as the teg front gsr seats....I wonder....ahahaha

I realy want ground controls with koni yellows....but I think I'll wait on dropping my car more until I get my swap done and put on the 99/00 oem ground fx on....and some rims.....cuz then I know if I could go lower or not...2.5in is fine right now....

I couldn't find the topic for the side skirt swap!! ne1 have it???

I have a full set of 94 Integra GSR seats in my 92 VX. The rear bottom has the middle divider piece, but it doesn't match up because it's smaller and leaves a gap. All the other seats bolt in just like stock. I'm not sure about the CRV upper seats and if they would fit or not. I have seen the older 88-91 Civic SiR JDM rear seats that have head rests, but I'm not sure if they would fit either.
A great set of coilovers would be the real deal ones - Tein, Apex-i. Tanabe to name a few - height and dampening adjustable. If those are a little out of your range, you could always go with G. Controls matched up with Koni Yellows, which makes a great combo.

well hummm, so I should have ordered ground controls for a teg instead of my civic. You can customize your stiffness to your likeing.
