New weather strips all around

New weather strips all around
I have a 1994 Civic Hatch and I was wondering if anyone has ever gotten new weather strips all around the car? Is this an install easily done by yourself and what price range would this cost?

Re: New weather strips all around (ocks)
you can easily replace the windshield stripping.it is three seperate pieces.the side pieces are held in with clips.the center strip is pressed in and held with butyl.
the stripping on the hatch is bonded to the glass.
the quarter windows on a coupe require cutting out the window to replace the stripping.i *think* the hatches are the same.
this can get pretty expensive.i would only use OEM parts.i've tried the aftermarket crap and it never fits well.also be prepared to spend some money-i spent over $300 to replace all the weatherstripping on my car.that doesn't include any labor to install any of it as i did it myself.
