i have a 93 civic 4dr vtec (b16a2) eg9


my distributer packed up a while ago, i got a new one from honda, fitted it, set the ign timing to 16 degree advance.

since fitting the new unit, i have noticed a lack of power, engine induction noise has got louder, exhaust is now quiet (used to be the other way round!!!)

i have a long ram air filter kit, and supersprint centre + rear exhaust.

i have checked the cam belt timing, all ok.

have checked the car on an emissions machine and the car is running lean, not alot, but still not right.

anyone on here got any suggestions??
