new susspension help with bump stops and other rubber sleave

susspension with missing rubber sleave with illustaration
I just got new susspension and when i was removing the stock susspension i seen that the bump stop is already cut and only the lower half is being used and the other rubber sleave is missing. What is that rubber sleave i cant find it on any auto parts website and none of the websites have the right bump stops, their similar but not right also theres a pic of what im talking about the missing sleave with an arrow pointed to it. do I need this?

susspension rubber sleave missing with illustration
ok so its not mandatory to have this sleave? and with the bump stop it states that I should use the top half and the previous owner used the bottom half on stock suspension........so about how thick should the bump stop be if I cant get oem ones from a parts store if the Honda dealership doesn't have them I can make shift something out of universal ones

I have seen people use the bellows/boots from the steering rack to create their own dust covers...if youre the paranoid type.
