new suspension but car still has steering probles

car has steering probles
I have a 93 dx hatch I replace my rear suspension for a 94 si. replaced my trailing arm bushings, all my front bushings and rear bushings for energy suspension bushings, and I also got front and rear sprint extreme camber kits but the car still moves from side to side at freway speed . It has aready been taken to an alignement shop more than three times I don't know what else to do please help me out 
is someone going to help me or shoul I just sell the car and get another one let me know <U></U>
