new to the site, new to hondas.. need some help please

Default new to the site, new to hondas.. need some help please

hey everyone i have a question for yall... i have a 92 honda civic DX and i need to know the size of my exhaust piping. My freind has a dump ouit valve for a 2.25 inch exhaust... and i dotn have my manuel and i was wondering if someone knew or if there was a website.. thanks in a advanced.

I don't know the exact number, but I know that it is pathetically small. Your exhaust is nowhere near 2.25 inches, he has an aftermarket exhaust.

well he bought it for his 96 maxima and it was to small.. his exhaust is onl 2.5 and thats a v 6...

A Maxima V6 will have a good bit larger of an exhaust pipe than a inline 4, especially a civic DX

My stock exhaust on my crx was 1.5 " I am not sure about the eg hatch though.

i think i remember the shop saying that my stock piping was 1 3/4 in befor he replaced it with 2 1/4 in piping..but the the stock piping is really pettifully small

as i remember...the shop said the stock piping on my 98 dx was 1 1/5 in. befor he replaced it with 2 1/4 piping..the stock piping is pitifully small
