New intake manifold when doing at/mt swap?
I've looked at other threads that list out the parts that you need when doing a auto/manual tranny swap, and I've never saw an intake manifold on those lists'. However, I've also read in other threads to where you do need one.
Is this true or false? These are the parts I have so far.
S20 tranny
Hydraulic lines
Shift Linkage
Clutch resovir
Pedal assembly
Clutch
Flywheel
I know I need a mount, starter and ECU. But that's what I have now.

If your current setup utilizes the 2-wire iacv on the back of the intake manifold then you do not have to change intake manifolds. If it uses the 3-wire iacv underneath the throttle body then you will have to swap it out and change one or two wires if you plan on re-using your harness.

Is that the sensor on top of the intake manifold? And if it uses 3 wires, I need to replace it to a manual one, or one with 2 wires? Correct?
