My name is mark and i live in oregon i just recently turned 18 and am looking to build a honda that runs 11's ish for farely cheap is there such a thing?

Welcome to Honda-Tech. Just search around the site a little bit. The forced induction and all motor forums have a lot of useful info to help you on your mission. IMO, turbo power will be the easiest way to get into the 11's, but to each their own, and remember the old saying "cheap, fast, reliable......pick 2."
