Default new to honda tech

i drive a 95 civic coupe ex. sohc vtec. as of right now im lowered, exhuast intake and i have headers that im waiting for a o2 sensor. first of all i need to find a 02 sensor possible for sale. also im looking into saving for a motor swap but im trying to get the best of what i can. i was thinking the type S swap but the 3grand for the motor just almost does not sound worth it. im open for suggestion. im not really trying to make a race car out of this car, more just a car thats fast that i can drive daily. something relable, and price worth while.
thank you
mrbain

you will probably end up spending more than 3 grand for a type s and parts when its all said and done, jus get a gsr or and h22

In my personal opinion... you will NOT regret a K series swap. I have ridden in an EJ coupe with a K, and it scred the SHAT out of me.

your car would be mad nice with a K series in it, those motors are mad good but yes they are expensive..

if you want somethin crazy but not as expensive i would go for either a gsr or an H22 with a GSR tranny and H2b plate. .

Welcome to H-T! Go to Autozone or Advanced Auto Parts or something for your o2 sensor... I think it'd be better to buy a new one rather than a used one. Also, 3 grand for a type-s swap is pretty decent IMO, but that's just me speaking. Go for it... K20's are awesome

that's beautiful! There's nothing quite like watching a firebird get beat by a civic!

Last time I checked doing a k-swap was over 7,000 minimum.

If it were my cheap ***, I'd buy an H2b adapter plate and go h22-gsr tranny and put out similar power. Just not six speed and the powerband will be a little different.

Besides, If I had money left over I'd run 10lbs
