Post photos of the moonroof and we can probably tell you.

OE roofs have the seal on the glass because the roof panel folds in around the hole in the roof. Aftermarket ones have the seal on the roof skin.

If it's aftermarket you're going to want to either redo your current headliner or cut a hole in a headliner that's for a car without a moonroof.

its definetly aftermarket then, the seal is not on the glass. Would an OEM sunroof headliner not fit an aftermarket sunroof?

Probably not. The likelihood that an aftermarket company that makes a universal moonroof/sunroof based it off of the exact dimensions of a 6G Civic moonroof is low.

The moonroof might be wider or thinner side to side or might be longer or shorter front to back.

So you'll end up with a hole in the headliner that's the wrong size and/or shape.

what would be the easiest way to get the hole right from a non moonroof headliner?
