i would like to get a new head gasket for my d16z6 whch is going turbo very very soon and wsa wondering what size head gasket would be best cause i am not going to go with new internals, not going to be running high psi anywasy but would like to know, also how do u take the head off? is there a write-up somewhere cause i couldn't find it

how much psi are you gonna boost? I wouldn't worry too much about it unless you are boosting higher and need a lower compression. Also search for bauleycivic's post on doing a minime head swap. That should help you get the idea of how to take off your head and all. Basically just drain all your oil and coolant, take all the lines off of your intake manifold and head, take off your valve cover, slip timing belt off cam gear, unbolt headbolts and take it off. I guess thats some of the basics of it.

A 3-layer gasket would lower the compression I think. Check out: http://www.c-speedracing.com/howto.php lots of useful schtuff there.

i plan on runny around 6-8 psi and as stated above with stock internals so lower compression is good
