new flywheel resurfacing?

i know i'll prolly get flamed or slammed a few times but this is just a yes or no question.
if i were to buy a new oem flywheel (or any flywheel for that matter) would i have to get it resurfaced? i heard yes but i wasn't sure. cause to get a new flywheel is almost as much as having one resurfaced.
Thanks for the help

Resurfacing is for a worn flywheel to bring it back to spec. To get rid of heat marks, groves etc. New flywheels are ready to install. https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif
