Re: new extended wheel studds how to? (dj_seloe)
I remember there was a someone who wrote a pretty decent how to on this but I couldnt find it.
You will need a hub puller. and possible a slide hammer. at Kragen it costs 180. deposit to rent it for 6 bucks a day. The rear discs you may not need to take the hub off but i think it might make things easier. I too will put extended wheel studs on my car. but I have a tech day with my car club soon so i will wait to have access to a real garage. hehe

Re: new extended wheel studds how to? (Solscud007)
i did mine a little differently
i used a socket the same size as the hub to beat the hub out then knocked out the old studs and gently tapped the new one's in place about a quarter of the way in
then i very carefully put the hub back in the spindle by inserting an axle into the hub and using an impact to tighten the axle nut and pull the hub back in plce
