Default new EK suspension piece installed

so my friend takes out his j's racing pillar bar..
and we put on a little something new:
its pretty straight forward, its just common sense. the seatbelt bolts go ONTOP of the circular cup-like thing. just screw in the bars, and make sure u have all 3 bars assembled together before bolting the entire frame onto the car.

it looks badass. as for performance,
its a little better than the j's(if any)
i give it 2 thumbs up!

Well let's see.

1. The j's racing pillar bar goes directly across the back seat belt mounting points, obstructing your view from inside the car out the back when looking through the rear view mirror. Last time i checked, NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE was a bad thing.

2. The j's racing pillar bar also has two mounting points that are both loose pivot joints, allowing possible flex at the two attachment points, whereas this one has 4 points, all screw in and no room for pivot anywhere you mount it on the car.

And he said it gives a little more rigity " if any " I suggest you read posts in their entirety before you ask questions like that again.

Any other questions?

it would been nice if it went over the head also.. so it would completely hold that structure instead of the back end of it only...

haha jungle gym indeed.. i just wanna make gorilla grunts/noises when i see them! the bars are PHAT. i just dunno what to say!

installation = average(not hard at all)
its common sense. u have 4 cups(circular things) 2 for the front seat belt and 2 for the back seat belt where the back two will bolt up to the side bars and also has 2 more holes to go across the car. thats it. it's like easy as 1-2-3..

hah! i was gonna do a infamous kid1320 post BUT my digicam was out of batteries..

haha... it'll start off with "DOES IT GO HERE????""
"HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM"
"OR HERE????????????(shoving it into the engine bay)"
"OHH THERE IT GOES" hahaha

it would be tight if it had a thick bar that goes across from side to side behind the driver seat, to use as a harness bar. but then again, you would not be able to seat passengers in the back.
