New Distributor Not Working
I have a 97ex made si with b16a (jdm) in it. My old distributor is completely rusted n water logged on the inside yet it still runs just throws a bad cylinder sensor. I have tried 2 brand new distributors so far and neither have worked. Both same exact distributors. Both TD-84U. I even tried one off a 99 stock si. Nothing worked. It cranks but wont turn over. I have checked spark on all 4 plugs and they all spark. I checked the firing order for the plugs to the dizzy and they are correct. It goes 1,2,3,4 starting bottom left and going clockwise. According to my honda book. But I played around with it and did 1,2,4,3 and it turns over but sounds like a subaru and idle is horrible. Really dont know what else it could be. Any suggestions please let me know asap. Thanks!
