New Del sol owner
Sup everyone,
After two Crx si's and 10 years of working on my last crx I have got rid of my crx and got a 93 del sol, 1.5 so not near as quick as the crx but overall I like it. Its in decent shape, ac works, heater works, only has 150k miles and body is in decent shape. TONS of small parts are broke or missing lol but not too bad, like inside handle broke, targa top handle broke, ash tray broke, glove box broke and the stupid window regulator is bent(the window doesn’t line up right). I current issue though is the front wheels shake after 30 mph. I am an experienced mechanic and just as many of you I immediately check the balance and tire pressure.(both good) Of course my next guess is the tie rods and control arms. I miss the handling of my crx ( was lowered ) but the ride was rough. The really only reason I took the time to post is because I know from experience that a lot of models have specific problems that usually affect all the models and was trying to get some insight to some of those ailments.
