Default New crvs and elements ?????????

Do these vechile come equip with the same motor as rsx-type s?????? Cuase i have have both of these vechile destoyrd in my father shop and i got a rex i just picked up . so i was wondering

Check the block if there at your dads shop. I think the CRV has a K series (just dont know which) and the Element has somthing elese.

Yup. Put a K20 head on it and if you can get it to work right, you should have a really nice engine. It's really new though, but if you can do it, more power to you.

no they are no where near that.
the head is very similar to the base rsx head and si head
the block itself is not the same as the rsx its taller and 2.4l

I would expect anywhere from 230whp-260whp with k20a or k20a2 head. Depending on what it got. Don't really know the reving capabilities for that motor, it might stay torque without huge topend though.

cant rev the k24 high it simply wont do it the pistion speed is way too crazy

yeah that's what I figured it's a torque motor with pretty big displacment for a 4 cylinder. (since I think bore on it is the same as k20 the stroke has to be pretty big)

so should i ge the motor. I mean i could get it for free. just wondering i dont want to waste my time when i have a gsr hear that fucked up and i can throw that motor in the rex. let me know fellas

If you can get it for free why don't you. All I got to say it won't be an cheap thing to swap that thing inside, but power k series put out makes your hair stand up.
