new clutch
hey, what's up guys? i've decided to replace my own clutch and learn something new while i'm at it. i bought an OEM replacement kit which includes a new EXEDY CLUTCH, EXEDY CLUTCH COVER (PRESSURE PLATE), AND NACHI RELEASE BEARINGS. is that all i need to replace my clutch? am i missing anything else.. and i was wondering if i'm suppose to get a new pilot bearing or can i reuse the old one from my car? oh yeah, i have a 92 CX with a stock motor.

Re: new clutch (ieatrice)
they shouldnt be anymore then like $10 buck I would think. I never really had to buy one cause they usually come with a clutch kit. How do you like that clutch? dose it look good? I was thinking about getting that replacement cluth for one of my civics.

Just replace the throwout bearing and pilot bearing with the kit and you should be in good shape Let me know how it feels once you've got it installed...I was thinking of getting this clutch kit as well.
