new civic...engine trouble
93 dx hb...engine shakes badly when running...owner tells me it's a bad valve...do i need to replace the head??? or can I just have the valve fixed at a shop...help!!!

Odds are if something happened that was bad enough to harm a valve, there's more wrong than just that single valve. You can always replace a single valve, but that won't be a guaranteed solution.

the car runs and drives...it just acts like a cylinder isnt firing maybe?? can i go get a junyard head and put it on?

d15 aluminun is the engine making weird noises(clicking or tapping) or is it shaking.
if it is shaking then you probably have a bad motor mount

you probably have a bent or cracked valve, that will cause it to run like its on 3 cylinders
pull the head and see whats up.
