depends on the year...96+ had an alternator fuse in the under dash fuse box...check that

did you diagnose anything before you just started throwing parts at it?
when did this problem start? you recently install anything?
you need to do a parasitic drain test.

did you recently install anything, meaning very shortly before this started happening?
what im leaning twords is you installed or whoever installed an amp incorrectly. its always on, draining your battery.

yeah.. possibly amp is always on.. likely installed the remote wire right to 12v rather then 12v ignition..
disconnect your amp and see if it will hold a charge..

yeah...is it the battery drains after it sits, or the alternator doesn't charge. Stick a volt meter on the battery terminals...should read about 14.5 volts...if not, then alt circuit bad, if so, then you have a draw somewhere, like Kamin said

Re: new battery/alternator,but car wont keep a charge???? (Evs-One)
I have been able to turn the car on but it wont stay on. I read a troubleshooting book that said that there was an electrical box off the computer that detects a charge from the alternator, and that i should run the car at high idle with the lights on for 30 seconds yo make sure that this box registers the alternator. and if not to disconnect a wire from alternator plug and do the 30 sec thing again. I did that and it stayed not running after i depressed the gas pedal. so its not that thing the book said. and I dont see that my amp lights are on when the car is off. and when I did that 30 sec. test I had the power wire from the system unhooked. any more possibilities or suggestions???????????????? thanks for all the comments

Did you replace with "new" battery and "new" alternator?
If it's a new battery, did you charge the battery up before using? Since they usually have sat at the store for a while losing amperes.
Check all your grounding and make sure they're good.
