Default new B16 engine swap wont start easy and when it does it barely runs

Well here goes:
Engine takes 10+ cranks to even attempt starting,
idle is uber rough,
if you touch the throttle it tries to gain rpms but dies within 5 seconds,
cams and crank are timed right(stock),
trying to move the dizzy back and forth makes **** worse,
removing a spark wire from any cylinder makes the engine want to disassemble itself even more,
tailpipe stinks of gas,
tps closed = .45v open=4.5ishv
map when engine off 2.8v
no cels (except that subliminal cel code 20 eld bullshit that does nothing),
p28 chipped with b16 map
the only thing I did was change the engine, I had another b16 in it last week,
200+ compression on all cylinders and the engine isnt even warmed up
took apart the dizzy and everything looks clean
Changed fuel rail, map sensor and spark plugs...
For some reason when I unplug the map sensor when it idles like **** it still idles like ****.
Its like it doesnt give a **** about the map sensor.

Check for vaccum leaks and all the vaccum lines being routed correctly. Are the wires new? I had a similar problem and it turned out one of the wires had a crack on the part that goes into the head, so it would just spark and jump inside the head tube instead of at the plug. Took me awhile to figure that one out.

Only thing I can think of is a vacuum leak, line not plugged in. MAP sensor. Or it could be the crappy chipped ECU try jacking someone elses b16 ECU and plug it in and see if thats the problem.

I had the same problem with my recent swap. What kind of chip do you have in your ecu. I was running crome and it turned out my ignition maps were a little off. Check that.

sounds like a vaccum leak to me. Also is your timing right?

I had another B16 in it last week with **** compression like 190-40-60-40 but it still ran.
Same ecu and injectors from last engine,
timing is right,
maybe ill try resealing the blox IM,
Ill try new spark wires also.

Car runs fine in limp mode (by fine I mean limp mode fine, 2k idle 4k limit and a 15 minute plug fouling)
Car barely starts SOMETIMES and when it does it makes the entire car shake.
Anybody heard of this??

I even tried my buddy's good known working ecu... same ****
