Default New Axles

I need new axles for my car. My CV joints need to be replaced so I've decided to just replace the whole axle. I looked at Advance Auto Parts website and they have a couple different ones listed for my car. One set is made by a company called GCK and costs $89.99 new with a $70 core charge. There is also remanufactured ones available by a company called Car Component Technologies for $69.99 with a $45 core charge. Which of these will be better? Some people say remanufactured ones work fine, while other say to stay away from them. I could also get axles from a place like driveshaftshop.com, but they're more expensive. What do you guys think?

Default Re: New Axles (92CivicDX)

i've always used remanufactured axles and the ones in my B18C Civic are holding up fine so far. with considerably more power than stock.

if you're not running crazy power then stick with the remanufactured because they normally have a warrenty anyhow.
