New axle makes thump noise

New axle makes thump noise
H22a civic hatch, H22a intermediate shaft, new 90 integra outer and shaft, H22a inner joint
New 90 integra passenger axle makes thumping noise when I am driving 20+ mph.
more thumping experienced when I swerve left.
gets worse as mph increases.
its like running over small holes in the road consinstently.
axle spindle nut tighten to spec.
wheel lug nuts tightened.
zero play in the shaft, side/side or up/down.
inner joint is locked into tranny.
I don't know why I have this thumping!
possibility: Am I suppose to put the prelude spider inner joint on the 90 integra shaft for H22a civic!!!
