Neuspeed Race ?
Hey guys,
I've had a set of Neuspeed Races installed for a month or so now. The problem is, I have almost NO gap between tire and wheel well in the back, and about a fingerwidth and a half in the front. Its lower in the back than the front and I know thats not normal. I'm pretty iffy about the shocks in the back, they may be blown, could that be the problem? If not, what is?
Also my camber is worse in the back than in the front! Weird. I think.
Its a 98 Hatchback, any suggestions?

Somethings wrong.. I Have the race coils and stock shocks and they sit the car equaly. also i dont thik you could have accidently switched the f-r shocks. the real are a u on th bottom and bolt to the arms. where the front just sit in the forks. and the coils are labled front and rear. the tall thin ones in the front. shorter fatter ones in the rear.

my newspeed race springs read right side up and they both sit fine. I cant get a finger between the front or the back tires. my front is a little lower in the front. Mine are 2 in the rear and 2.25 in the front

Re: (dash0n)
I know they aren't upside down, because the flat part fits into the tops and the part that extends at the bottom sits into the groove at the bottom, you know what I mean? And they are seated down into the groove and all. I just need to get new shocks and see what they look like, I think I got some busted shocks

It's normally like that. If you haven't noticed, most cars have bigger fender-wells on the front, because of the engine and the front end get all the bumps first.it makes the rear look lower than the front. About the rear camber, just add washers to straighten it up.

Re: (4DeepCivic)
hmmmm..... well there not neuspeed race spring, but on my girlfriend civic today we put the sport line in and they read right side up, not upsde dwn and they fit perfectly. it s a 1.75 inch drop in front and 1.5 in rear. sots pretty nice,. ive had neuspeed in my 5th gen lude and my old eg, and they sat perfectly fine , the rear was a little bit higer then the front. by the way, did you get the right springs? i know some "people who get the integra race prings" on there eg and it sits higher inthe front because of the different spring rate. and the weight difference onf the engine.
