Do i need to replace the exhaust manifold and exhaust flange gaskets if i swap exhaust manifolds, or is it safe to use the existings gaskets.

not really necessary but recommended, just make sure to tight the bolts good. if its the intake manifold gasket i would change it everytime.

I would only if the gasket is damaged or worn out.

I woudl do it anyways, better safe than sorry, not to mention they come with new headers anyways (most of 'em anyways)

EDIT:
oh, exhaust manfiold, thought the title said headers....

word

Yeah, I would still do it anyways, even with a stock exhaust manifold, then u can just order it OEM from honda cheaply, gaskets aren't expensive...I don't think

an exhaust manifold is the same as headers...

my car has 100k miles, so what would be a visual clue to it being "worn"

100K those gaskets are probably pretty beat if they were never changed before. I'd change them out if you're going in there already. They should still be "OK" but it definitely doesn't hurt and they're cheap.

if your gonna be in there anyway why not change them especially for the 15 dollars. Its like doin a timing belt without changing the water pump.
