Neptune is a program to tune with, not an ecu.

I have an obd21-obd1 conversion harness and a p30 ecu I just need the neptune, I am wondering if neptune is just a chip or is it more like hondata where I can plug my laptop to it and tune it from there. Also where I can I purchase neptune?

What makes you specifically want NepTune?

I have talked to hondata users and neptune users, neptune is cheaper from what I understand and a newer system.

There are other options out there as well. Uberdata, CROME, TurboEdit, etc. Uberdata = uberfree.

only authorized neptune dealers can sell and tune the system. if you want to tune yourself look into hondata, crome, aem, etc.

Its a program, like CROME. But CROME is free.
