Default NEPTUNE RTP-need help

I have Neptune Rtp tuned by a licensed tuner with b18c-turboed, obd 2 to ob1 conversion. I have not had any issues with it at all. Everything is fine, runs great, healthy. Tuned correctly and not hard on it. For the first time, it would not start tonight-not the battery, not the fuel, theres spark. It feels like its something electrical. Check Engine light comes on when you try to start it. Well, of course i called the tuner first thing to see what I could do. So, I downloaded the program and will hook it up to the ecu to try to find the problem. I realize it could be map, vtec, other sensors, etc. If anyone has had this problem or anything like it, advice would be much appreciated. What is usually the problem? What causes it to happen? Seems like a little prob. and hope it is? Any suggestions?

The easiest way would be datalog from the ecu and see if you can read the code.
