Default nees a little help with the good old no2

ok guys let me say that im sorry if this is the wrong spot for this.ok well i have a stock block and head with some bolt ons and i was given a no2 50 shot kit for free and i want to put it on my daily driver. just a cople of questions.
1st is it safe?
2nd how should i use it (when should i spray and how long?)
im going to be hooking it up soon so any help would be nice.
oh its a dry shot and ill be putting it in the intake tube on my aem intake right b4 my tb. also i was thinking i would have a switch to turn it on and a switch under my pedal to spray. i was tol that i should only use it in 3rd gear and not to top out my car on the freeway with it. just let me know what you guys think

NO2 is nitrogen dioxide.

N2O is nitrous oxide, what you meant probably.
