need tips on swaping 98 jdm type R into 94 cx
i'll be using a chipped p82 ecu. i know i have to use a usdm vtec solenoid. the type R wire harness is cut.
- is it easier to use the cx harness and rewire the distributor plug(anyone have the wire diagram for this), or just buy a obd2 haness, will the injector plug fit.
-which radiator hose do i need, i'll be using the stock cx radiator.
-will aem type R CAI fit with out modification.
thanks in advance.

Its easier to just get an obd2 gsr or type R harness, plug it in, and run 2 wires for vtec,
but its cheaper to modify your stock cx harness(assuming you can salvage some of the obd2 clips off your type R harness: injectors, dist., alternator)
Get integra radiator hoses and some worm drive hose clamps. The hoses are alittle big, so tighten down those hose clamps nice and tight.
The 3" aem type R cai will fit without modification, unless your running a/c (some of the hard lines will be in the way).

Re: need tips on swaping 98 jdm type R into 94 cx (Slopoke)
if i get 0bd2 wire harness, do i have to run wires for the 4-wire o2 sensor, or is my chassis already wired for heated o2. i do have all the sensor clips for the type R. i'm also going to try to keep the ac.
thanks,
thanks,
