Hey everyone. I recently picked up a 99 ex with a b16a and have been trying to get everything in good shape. My low beam on the passenger side does not work. The person who owned the car before me put in aftermarket headlights, they kinda look like projectors? or imitations? Anyway, i have 3 sets of wires that go to nothing. A single white wire where it looks like a small bulb may hook up. And 2 other pairs of wires that have been cut and lead to nothing. None of them have power to them with headlights on. can anyone tell me whats going on here, or take a picture of your setup so i can try and match up the wires?

Do the halos work? If not those are probably the power and ground for those.
