Default need some suggestions..

hey all, got a 94 del sol and i've been readin up on the "50$ Paintjob" thread. got thru about 200+ pages and tried it out on my hood and targa with decent/acceptable results. im not looking to make a show car, but rather change the stock color (samba green) to something a little less noticable to help blend in with traffic a lil better haha. so far i've got the hood and roof gloss black and plan on doing the trunk lid the same also. the only problem is im torn between 3 colors for the rest of the body.. White, dark/charcoal grey, or the army green type color. keep in mind that this will be going along with the 3 black panels i have painted already. just wanted to get some suggestions to see what might turn out the best. thanks in advance! any ideas/suggestions are welcome.

thts wht i was thinkin.. kinda like a panda theme but imo the green would look pretty sweet with the gold wheels to offset the color. but then at the same time i dont think the grey would look tht bad either.. man this sucks haha

Charcoal w/ black hood etc. always looks classy to me. I think the white/black contrast would make your car stand out even more.

+green w/gold wheels?? not for me, thanks.

I saw an article on a custom S2000 in one of the industry mags... It was charcoal with cf hood, roof and trunk. VERY sharp... Clean and evil at the same time.

Meh, there's a lot of white cars here. I would go Charcoal Gray/Black just because it's still understated, but different.

haha yeah My vote caused white to balance the percentage with black. Go with white, it gives the del sol a crisp and clean look.

i agree i think the grey would look pretty sweet.. but im also kinda leanin towards the white too cuz of the contrast between the panels and how since im rolling it on it'l be easier to do and hide more imperfections.

Hood, 6 coats in wetsanded with 600 then 800 inbetween coats still needs to be sanded with 1500 polished+waxed -

Targa first 2 coats over primer w/ no wetsanding:
