Need some opinions......
Well I'm going to get a 5th gen Hatchback DX CX, I'm getting this car to be my daily driver in college. I want to also drive it like twice a month at some open track events(road Racing). I want to swap in a new motor in.
The motor I want need to be reliable and fast, I'm thinking of a B16 or B18, what kind of power should i be expexting. I only have 4,000 for the swap. Does everything come with the motor when i buy to run, like a trans axle and all that other stuff.
Which motor should I get Pro's and Con's.
Where should I look to get it, on internet, and wheres a good place to get it installed in SoCal.
I would also like your opinion on suspension mods. Should I get Nuespeed race or sport springs and koni yellow shocks, or is there a better suspension mod for me.
Thanks
Matt
Sorry for all the questions

Re: Need some opinions...... (Teken_Ice)
My suggestion is to swap with the B18C, but you might need a bit more $$$ than $4000 for it. That is, of course, if the engne is relatively new..say 25K to 35K miles. About the required parts that you will need to go with the engine - it kind of depends on the seller, they may or may not sell the engine with the ECU(OBD1 hopefully) and tranny w/LSD. You will certainly need both to compliment the engine. As far as power with basic botl-ons I/H/E you could expect anywhere between 170-180hp, but that will be in a lighter hatch and you would feel a bigger diffference as far as performance than the heavier Integra.
BTW, you can find many engines for sale on http://www.thepartstrader.com , http://www.racingworks.com , or possibly an import junkyard in your area, but that might not be a possibility.
