Default need some help from u techies

I just followed bauelycivic's DIY redid my clutch and ISB bearing.

Everything went well, but i have a couple Q's.

#1 my tranny still has a noise that goes away when i step on the clutch, i bought a clutch kit that came with the throw out and other bearing.
#2 After that, i realized i lost A LOT of pressure in my clutch pedal, did some searches checked the Master Cylinder, sure enough leakage, is this an ASAP problem?
#3 OH and, well laugh, flame or whatever, but I have two extra bolts left over after doing the clutch and tranny, both has the orange paint, one looks like it should connect the tranny to the engine and the other one is quite short, about 2-3 inches. I'd say thread diameter are both about 1/2".

Any help will be good thanks guys, this forum is awesome.

is that shorter bolt a 12 point head.... does it have 12 sides to it.. if it is take ur **** apart and put it on the pressure plate now.. other than that u might need to go through it again.. make shure that you tourqe everything to spec.. if you dont u will do what i did and snap a pressure plate bolt and have to drill and tap and its a bitch.. take it apart go through it make shure its done right

extra bolts is never a good thing. tear everything back down. you prolly forgot your flywheel or pressure plate bolt. NOT COOL!

the noise that you are hearing is often referred to clutch chatter. sometimes it happens sometimes it doesnt. usually happens to me when the car is cold and the clutch hasnt been heated up.

THanks guys, i its the regular 6 point, i know inside the tranny i got everything right. Now its just those two bolts. Is there some common bolts that people cannot physically see and forget when putting the tranny back? Thanks.

Did you bleed the clutch fluid after you put the tranny back on?
