Default Need some help with power windows, locks and mirrors

I have search already and came up with nothing (well not nothing but a few write-ups that don't state this problem) so any help is much appreciated.

I have a 98 civic dx coupe it came with no power Accessories, now the plan was to swap everything over from a 98 civic ex in which I have gotten all the parts from.....I ran into a little problem which is I have 2 different plugs, I guess my ? Is how do I plug these up?

The small plug is from my original floor harness

Thanks

The extra leads in the bigger plug will be for the power accessories, you will have to get that floor harness from the parts car or at least the plugs and wire the rest of the leads. 94

Yes you will need to swap all the harnesses to make your car an EX. If you have the whole parts car there that may be possible (see below) but you will need take the dash etc out.

There may be a problem of OBDIIa vs. OBDIIb. Before commencing the harness swap, look at the ECU plugs on both cars and confirm they are the same. I don't remember if the first OBDIIb was 1998 or 1999.

Not superbly familiar with this swap on a 6th Gen but I do recall there being some issues with using Power Window/Mirror/Etc. wiring parts from a 99-00 on a 96-98.

Yes, some wires will have to be checked, repinned, and confirmed. You'll need to cross reference the 96-98 diagrams with the 99-00 civics.
