i am getting tired of the way my car looks and performs
i have 15 volk te-37's. benen duckbill
i also have a gsr swap with some toda goodies to the untune of 181 and 125
still waitin to tune the hondata
anyways
i was thinkin about sellin all my cosmetic **** and getting my carbon hood painted same as the car
get some hx wheels and build
a motor
lookin at a ls/vtec
or crvtec
not sure yet
but just wanted some other opinions on this subject
i just want the stock look with powa
but who knows
i just want some input
btw i have a 92 phantom grey pearl cx

A LS/VTEC swap with something like a T3/T04 turbo woud be great IMO! The FMI might take away some of the car's sleeper appeal...but it'd look great

well i would suggest keeping the gsr motor i mean **** already got it so why not build on it. Im not a fan of the LSVTEC or CRVtec but hey thats just me. and sense you say you want to stay NA then i suggest, rods Higher compresion pistons, bore it out, and then just do a full out build on the head get a new IM and throttle body port the head to match. then i would look into ignition. and as far as the look thing goes i would do what u want. although i am too geting my CF hood painted to match my car. and as far as the HX wheels go you might want to stick with the the 15 because if your going to be makeing alot of power HX's aren't the widest tire ever. just some ideas though. to each his or her own

I agree with slammed, keep the GSR motor and punch it out. And stay away from the HX wheels, like slammed said they are to narrow.

i was thinkin about that? its my only means of transportation and i was gonna build the block myself. in my apartment hehe which will be fun
i have a skunk2 im and itr tb
i was gonna get a gsr block but found a ls block in running condition for next to nothing
so thats why i was thinkin ls/vtec and maybe punch it out to 84.5
but i was also thinkin of putting the ls crank in a gsr block and just using aftermarket rods and ctr pistons
but there are so many options i dont know what the hell to do
i think i am gonna keep my volks cause i just cant bring myself to part with them

You're trippin. I'd be VERY nervious T'ing off the oil sending unit twice... once for VTEC, once for turbo.

Stick w/ the GS-R motor. If you don't like it, sell it.
