Default need some help...

i have an eg with a B16A. i've been running the P28 computer for a while. the motor that's in my car came out of my ef. i still have the computer from that motor and i need to know if anyone has the wiring schematic to wire my car for that harness... if not, if anyone knows of a company that makes that jumper harness. don't really want to go OBD2 cuz i got a type r comp as well... but i'd rather just run the older ecu. any help would be appreciated...

if the motor came out of an EF you must have had to change out the distributor to run the p28. it runs different sensors than obd1 and 2. if you still have the original dist then you can convert it back to obd0 but its a pain. i've done it but it's not fun unless someone else makes you a harness. i make my own. i'd just run the p28 and chip it.

yah, i do have the original distributor from the B16A. see what happened was i had a GSR in my eg before, but i blew the motor, so i took off all the salvaged parts and put it onto my B16 that i had in my ef. i just want to use the B16 computer cuz i was using the P28 for the GSR too...

all i really want to do is just make my own little jumper harness to plug into the B16 ecu that i have. that way i wouldn't have to change out my harness or have a harness made for me to be able to run that ecu

you'd have to make the whole adapter. get a crappy obd1 ecu and take it apart. take out the screws that hold the plugs to the board. next get a blow torch and heat up the solder on the board side of the plugs and pull them off with pliers.. next hit the junk yard and cut the ecu plugs off an obd0 harness. get the wiring instructions and start sioldering. make sure you use some good heatshrink on all the connections
