Default need some advice on boosting a D16Y8

hey guys i am getting ready to start my first turbo project... i have a '91 hatch converted to OBD-I using a rywire harness, an auto. P28(going to convert it soon), and a '99 D16Y8 with 30k miles on it... i will be pulling my Z6 out soon and i believe i need to swap the alt. and dizzy over to the new motor... ive already installed new saturated high impedence RC 370cc injectors on it and installed the kit... my question is which ngk plugs should i use? ive heard that iridium plugs cant handle the heat of a turbo motor so i was planning on going with copper plugs that were 2 steps colder than stock... what are the part #'s for those plugs? and how do i get my z6 dizzy to work on the Y8? thanks a lot guys
