Default Need some advice

Ok, here it goes. I have a 99 civic EX 5spd with the d16y8 in it. Now the question is, will a b16a1 bolt right up my chassis without buying Hasport mounts? The reason i ask, is because the EM1 has the same chassis as mine, but has a b16 from the factory in it. So that should mean it will bolt right up to chassis, correct? Now my next question, all d series motors can be interchanged into other cars that have d series in them as well without mounts, correct? My friend has a EF with a d series in it, but wants to drop a b16 in it. But if all d series can be interchanged without mounts, wont that mean that the b16 will go right in without mounts just like my car? Need some imput.

You will need b-series mounts to swap in a b16, you can't use d-mounts.
