Need some advice.
Ok, I need some advice on how I should go about fixing this problem.
Using this picture for reference until I can take some pics of my car.
The area that I have circled is where the problem is. On my 1993 Civic CX... It looks as if the previous owner has cut all of the metal out of there. Including the bracket where the screw for the headlight goes into (the screw right behind the amber corner) I wonder how I would go about fixing this I will have pics of the real damage up as soon as possible but if any of you can just picture the damage from the description I have given it would help a lot thank you.

junkyard and weld a new radiator support, at least the damaged area.. and bring a stepping drill bit so you can remove the spot welds so everything is very clean.

must of had one of those whale intakes
Drill the support out so everything fits properly, weld the plate in, IMO i would give it a finish if u decide to paint the bay. Then a new support

Anyone have some ideas on how to fix this pos? Well, I know for a fact the fender must have been in a wreck before cause you can tell where they tried to straighten it out. So that is being replaced so anyone got any ideas?

must of had one of those new hi-performance drag racing turbo nitro intake blowers installed before u bought it. Did u ask the previous owner if he was a drag racer?

well, you can just put sheetmetal and pop rivet it in place like i did on my winter beater. If you care that much, have some plates welded in and make sure to paint them so they dont rust. I dont think that part of the car will damage the integrity of it, so no need to go all fancy and replace the rad support and all that jazz, unless its all bent.

Anyone have some ideas on how I would weld the sheet metal into that? Like what kind of shape of sheet metal should I cut... etc etc..

well come on! Just look at the shape of it.....go just about and work the metal piece by piece so it fits. Test fit it and hammer it accordingly.

My advice would be: Go to the dealer and get that peice of chassis... its called the skirt and have a local body shop repair it. Just in front of the shock tower those welds are actually a form of glue that is easily removed and and rewelded. I had mine on my tl repaired and it cost me around $200. but its like brand new.

go to local steel shop and pick up a piece of 20 gauge big enough to cover the hole. try shaping it as well to look like its supposed to be there , dont hack it in.
