Default Need quick help please

I am in the process of doing 99-00 front end conversion on my 96 hatch. I have gotten the bumper off, but cannot get the fenders off since I cannot get to the 2 screws at the bottom which are holding the fender on, the ones under the side skirts.
Well, I cannot get the side skirts off, since the plastic screw things on the bottom holding them on wont come out. When I try and screw them out the screw driver just takes off the plastic.
What should I do to get the side skirts off?

About how much will that cost. Will have to wait since I probably shouldnt drive without a front bumper and loose fenders. Dont want to put it all back together.
Any other ideas I could try until I can take my moms car to the auto zone.

A sharp wood chisel will cut the tops off the plastic screws.

just pull HARD. if you don't care about putting them back in. which you won't really need too. They're small plastic pieces and just a nice tug will pull them out. don't forget to push the side skirts forward and not pull them out directly towards you. everyone makes that mistake the first time and always breaks the white pieces behind the sideskirts.

Thanks guys. I got them.
My stepdad got a small crowbar like tool and helped me pull them out with it.
