Default Need opinions badly.. Money saving scheme..

I have a 1994 Del Sol Si.. 106k miles, JRSC boosting 6 lbs, BBK 62MM TB, Ractive Intake, DC Sports 4-1 Header, 2.5" piping w/ Es Oval Muffler, lowered on Eibach Springs w/ Tokico Blues. Looks stock on the outside, stock Sol Si 14 inchers.

Interior is in good condition, air conditioning vent is broken on passenger side, CD player, Seats are perfect, carpet is good as well, dash is good except for that 1 AC vent. AC blows cold, heat is very warm.. has 2 6x9's in the back.. aftermarket.

Exterior has minor imperfections, paint all around is not wearing or flaking, but has faded a very little bit. Targa top does not leak.. I need to either replace the trunk lid, or get a Stock Si spoiler for the Sol though because the last owner didnt have the wing for the car, but there's still the screw holes in the trunk lid.

I was thinking of pulling off the supercharger, selling it for about 1500 (only been used 11k miles) and getting a stock intake manifold. Replacing the TB with a stock TB. Leaving the intake, header, and exhaust on the car.

If the car had only the I/H/E, and the slight 1.6" drop with Tokico Blues.. 106k miles.. with a near perfect interior, and a good but slightly faded original paint exterior, and bluebook is 4200.. could I get 4500 out of the car? Since is AZ a decent 94 Sol with 106k miles is very hard to come by.. most of em out here in autotrader from what I see have a 95 sol si w/ 150k miles selling for 5500 obo..

If I do this, and get a cheaper car.. maybe 3500.. I'll be paying only 255 a month instead of 455 a month.. I'll have extra money to save since I have my wedding coming up in 7 months. I need all the extra cash I can get, but the main question is.. could I get aroudn 4500 for the car?

If it's in the Ad's long enough sure, someone will be willing to pay your price. But I can't tell you how long that would take.

So you've seen ads for bone-stock, higher mileage Del Sols for $1000 more than you're hoping to get for your lower miles, modified Sol? Doesn't really sound to me like there;s a problem unless that "modified" part is a hangup for potential buyers.

Whatever you do, you'll get more money parting it out and selling stock.
