Default need opinions! 95 civic with d15b and vtec-e head

first off i know the motor is crap so please dont tell me it is, i just bought the car in may and got tricked into spending 2500 because the motor is new and i didnt know **** about civics or motors but now im learning, the stock motor was a 1.6L i4 mpi , the guy i bought it from put the d15 in it with a vtec-e head but i need to know which car that comes out of so i can get a timing belt cover for it because honda needs to know... and for some reason they cant figure it out....???

reason why is , alternater belt slung off and got chewed all up, and then while i was going to put another one on i noticed the harmonic balancer was loose as hell and came off with ease, and the lower cover is torn and melted to **** from driving with the belt wrapped up in it, no key way in there either.... but the grove for the key way on the motor is slightly bigger than on the balancer???? how bad is that? and any other reasons the pully might wobble?

also sometimes when i go to hit the vtec it kinda bogs on me, usually if the car hasnt ran in a few hours, any reason why?

please dont tell me to get another car, i got ripped off enough with this one to where i just need to make it work for a while, any tips on the motor or the car in general would be great... i just need some help... thank you
