mines been doing that too for a while now. It will come on for a while then it will go off for maybe 700-1000 miles before it comes back on. I'm going to try and swap the ecu out and see if it might just be a bad ecu. I already swapped out the o2 sensor with brand new oem. If I find out any more info I will let you know.

I would try another o2 sensor before you buy another one. Maybe get one off a friends car and try theirs?

slow response usually means the O2 is dieing but not dead enough to set CEL 1.
Replace the O2 and you should be fine.
(provided you don't have a ton of fuel or ignition system mods or are playing with tuning)
