hey .... i have a 1992 civic hb vx. my goal is to get 200hp in it . but right now i only have about $3200 to blow on it(i only have 18in enkie rims so far)....my friend said a LS 
swap would work good ,is that true..............................help me out guys! I could use suggestions..
