Search man, this question gets asked alot. What road you decide to take will depend on your budget and your future plans for the car.

Is it so hard to either be intelligent or be stupid in a constant way, or are you trying to be one while you are in fact the other? Why don't you just spell out my, as it's less letters than mah? Do us a favor, and think about writing out my, what, and with, and then narrow down your question.
I'm sorry, just the inconsistency in your inernet speech, coupled with such a question leads me to believe that this is a joke account.
Either way, I will try to participate in a helpful way.
Which D15 do you have? VTEC? Non-VTEC? These are specifics that we'd like to know in order to help you.
A turbo with blow off? Okay, I would assume that you mean a turbo setup. Ok, that has been proven to yield good numbers for any D series. A good build will yield better possibilities, as will good brands for your parts, and a good tune is required for ANY turbo application.
An all-motor D is a difficult build to embark on, and due to your question, I doubt your ability to accomplish one (no offense). Either way, all-motor on a D series in all respect, IMO, is not good bang-for-your buck power.(Correct me if you want)
Nitrous? I'd stay away from it, but if you take the proper precautionary steps and don't go too crazy, I think you'll get a good bang for your buck out of it.
